When Is It Happening?
October 14th, 2025
What Does This Mean For Me?
If you have computers in your business that are running Windows 10, your computers will no longer receive security or performance updates from Microsoft as of October 14th, 2025. Reference
This will mean that your device will be an increased security risk to your business.
Windows 10 devices that are manufacturer supported can be upgraded in place to Windows 11. Devices that are no longer manufacturer supported will need to be replaced.

What Do I Need To Do?
Begin planning for this change now. For most affected businesses this will mean:

- Procurement and installation well ahead of the October date

What Do I Replace My Out Of Support Computers With?
At Cloudservices, to ensure the best performance, security, reliability and productivity outcomes for your business, we recommend that all end user computers are:
- Commercial grade devices (not consumer retail devices from the likes of Noel Leeming, Harvey Norman etc.)
- Must run Windows 11 Pro (not Home) as a minimum
- Be manufacturer supported with Next Business Day (NBD) on site support for 36 months.
