Connect Hyper Fibre gives your business 1, 2, or 4 Gbps symmetric connectivity on a Chorus business circuit, with unlimited data, a static IP address, NZ-based support, and a restore guarantee that applies 7 days a week.
Business fibre gives your team faster, more reliable internet for cloud apps, video calls, large file transfers, and backup workloads. With symmetric speeds, a static IP address, NZ-based support, and a restore guarantee that applies 7 days a week, it is built to keep business operations moving when connectivity matters.
Hyper Fibre is designed for teams using cloud tools, large file transfers, video conferencing, hosted services, and heavy backup workloads where upload performance matters just as much as download speed.
Choose 1, 2, or 4 Gbps with upload and download running at the same speed — ideal for cloud apps, backups, and remote collaboration.
Report a fault before noon and the target is restoration the same day by 6 PM. Report after noon and the target is by noon the following day.
Every plan runs on a business circuit rather than a residential connection, so faults are prioritised ahead of residential queues.
Your connection includes a static IP address, making it easier to support VPNs, hosted services, remote access tools, and security systems.
No caps, no throttling, and no end-of-month surprises — every Connect Hyper Fibre plan includes unlimited data.
When you need help, you speak to someone in New Zealand who knows your connection and can coordinate the right response quickly.
The core plans are designed for business use out of the box, with optional managed hardware when you want a fully supported edge device.
No data caps, no throttling, and no billing surprises at month end.
Useful for VPNs, hosted services, remote access tools, and security systems that need a fixed public address.
If a fault occurs, Chorus prioritises the service above residential connections and backs it with a guaranteed restoration timeframe.
From $25–35/month, Cloudservices can supply and manage a business-grade router so you can plug in and go.
For Hyper 2G and especially Hyper 4G, a 10GbE-capable managed router option from $45–60/month helps deliver full throughput where standard routers cannot.
You can also use your own router. We provide the connection details so you can connect your existing equipment if you prefer BYOD.
A simple rule of thumb from the product guide: smaller cloud-first teams usually fit 1G, larger multi-user environments often benefit from 2G, and truly mission-critical or data-heavy businesses are the best fit for 4G.
Best for teams of up to around 10 staff using cloud tools, remote collaboration, and regular video calls.
Well suited to teams of roughly 10–30 staff moving large files, using Microsoft 365 heavily, or running frequent multi-site video calls.
Designed for media, medical imaging, design, hosted applications, and businesses that never want bandwidth to be a constraint.
Hyper Fibre availability depends on Chorus coverage at your address, and some sites may need a network upgrade before service can go live.
The biggest difference is not just speed. It’s the business restore SLA, business queue priority, and included static IP that make Connect Hyper Fibre a better fit for organisations that depend on always-on connectivity.

Quick answers to the questions businesses usually ask before ordering business fibre or switching providers.
It depends on your building and the provider. If fibre is already at your site, installation is usually quicker. If new cabling, network upgrades, or landlord approval are needed, it can take longer. We set expectations early and keep you updated throughout the order.
It depends on how many staff you have, how much you use cloud systems, and whether you rely on voice calls, large file transfers, or offsite backups. We size the connection around how your business really works, so you do not pay for more speed than you need.
You can choose 36-month, 24-month, or month-to-month terms, with lower monthly pricing on longer terms. Prices are in NZD excluding GST, invoices add GST at 15%, pricing can change with 30 days notice, and cancellation needs 30 days written notice. Service availability still depends on Hyper Fibre being available at your address.
Before the service goes live, we check your address, your building, and whether your router is suitable. If your site is not already Hyper Fibre ready, Chorus may need to do upgrade work first. You can use your own router, choose a managed router from Cloudservices, or upgrade to a router that can handle Hyper 2G or Hyper 4G plans.
If your fibre connection goes down, we help log the fault, work with the provider, and keep things moving. If uptime matters, we can also recommend a backup connection so your team can stay online during an outage.
Yes. We can manage both your fibre service and the router or office network behind it. That means one support team instead of being passed between providers when something goes wrong.
We’ll confirm availability, recommend the right speed for your team, and quote the best term and router option for your site.
