The main benefits of a managed office network

A managed office network helps reduce downtime, improve day-to-day security, and give your team stronger WiFi coverage without the usual hardware headaches. Instead of troubleshooting routers, access points, and guest access yourself, you get proactive monitoring, managed updates, and one monthly service that keeps the site running reliably.

What's included

Every plan covers the core network essentials

All plans include hardware supplied by us, remote monitoring, and Cloudflare DNS protection. Higher tiers add more WiFi coverage, guest access, reporting, and multi-site management.

Router and firewall included

Every plan includes a business-grade router with a built-in firewall, so the network edge is supplied, managed, and protected by us.

WiFi built for the site

Each plan includes a WiFi 7 access point, with higher tiers adding more access points for full coverage across larger or busier sites.

Managed switching and power

Business, Professional, and Enterprise plans include a managed network switch with power for phones, cameras, and access points.

Monitoring, updates, and backups

We monitor the network around the clock, manage firmware and security updates, and keep your configuration backed up for quick recovery.

Faster support when issues happen

Remote fault resolution is included across all plans, and higher tiers add proactive alerts so we can act before your team notices a problem.

Network security by default

Cloudflare DNS protection blocks known malware and phishing sites before they load, and higher tiers can separate staff, guest, and smart-device traffic.

Backup connectivity

Keep your site online when the main connection fails

If staying connected matters, we can design a backup setup that matches the risk at your site and switches over when it is needed.

Automatic backup internet

Add a second connection that takes over automatically if fibre fails. Starlink is the strongest resilience option, while 4G can suit lower-risk sites.

Power backup for emergencies

For sites where downtime during an emergency would hurt the business, the recommended setup is Starlink paired with a small generator or UPS.

A managed network without the usual hardware headaches

We assess the site, install the right gear, monitor it continuously, and keep billing simple with one monthly service.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions businesses usually ask before choosing a managed office network.

What is included in a managed office network service?

A managed office network can include the router, firewall, WiFi gear, setup, updates, monitoring, and support. We look after the network for you, so your team gets a secure, reliable connection without having to manage the equipment.

Can you separate staff, guest, phone, and device networks on the same site?

Yes. We can separate staff, guest, phone, camera, and smart-device networks on the same site. That improves security and helps keep business traffic fast and stable.

Do we need to buy networking hardware upfront?

No. We supply and own the hardware, so you do not have to buy it upfront. If something fails, we replace it. Where it suits the proposal, the hardware and management are wrapped into one monthly service.

What setup fees, contract terms, and support costs should we expect?

There is a one-off setup fee for the site visit, installation, and configuration. Plans are available on 24-month or 36-month terms, with a lower monthly price on the longer term. All prices exclude GST, and we confirm final pricing after a site assessment.

How easy is it to make changes after the managed network is live?

Most changes are straightforward once the network is live. If you need a new WiFi name, an extra network, or an access change, we can usually do that remotely. If a site visit is needed after the initial setup, we confirm the cost first.

Can a managed office network cover more than one business location?

Yes. We can design a managed network for more than one site and make it easier to monitor, support, and secure everything from one place. You can also move to a higher tier later if your business grows or your setup becomes more complex.

What is the best backup internet option if downtime would hurt the business?

If staying online is critical, we usually recommend Starlink with a small generator or UPS (backup power unit). That gives you a practical fallback during major outages or local network problems.
