Commercial and setup points worth knowing

Contract OptionsAll plans are available month-to-month, with 12 and 24-month terms also available. 30 days notice is required to cancel.
Setup FeesCloud Voice Business and Pro: $300 setup. Teams Voice DR: $450 setup. Teams Voice Essentials: $750 setup. Setup fees are waived on 24-month terms.
Number PortingWe can port your existing phone numbers. Porting typically takes 5–10 business days and costs $20 per number, with the first port free on a 24-month term.
Microsoft 365 RequirementTeams Voice DR requires a Microsoft 365 licence with Teams Phone Standard. Teams Voice Essentials includes the Teams licence in the monthly price.
Fair UseNZ and Australia calling, including mobiles, is included for normal business use. Automated dialling, telemarketing, and call centre outbound operations are excluded under the fair use policy.
AI SummariesCloud Voice Pro includes AI-generated call summaries. Teams Voice plans include recording and transcription, but AI summaries require the Microsoft Teams Premium add-on.

In most cases, yes. We can usually port your existing numbers across so your customers keep calling the same business lines. We manage the changeover carefully to reduce disruption.

Do we still need desk phones?

Not always. Many teams use laptops, mobiles, or headsets instead of desk phones. If your business still prefers desk phones for some roles, we can support that too.

What is the difference between cloud phone systems and Teams calling?

A cloud phone system is a full standalone calling platform, while Teams calling adds business phone capability into Microsoft Teams. The right option depends on how your team already works and whether Microsoft 365 is central to your day-to-day setup.

Are calling costs included in the monthly plan?

That depends on the plan, but our voice pages already include common calling allowances such as everyday New Zealand and Australia calls where stated. We explain what is included before you sign up so there are no surprises.
